Q: How do I join the Poster Revolution?
A: Well, there's a grueling initiation where you need to prove your loyalty to...actually, just buy a poster and you're in. You can also join our mailing list if you're not ready to make a purchase.
Q: Are the posters new?
A: Yes. All posters are brand new with the exception of vintage or collector's items, which will be clearly marked on our site. We buy our posters direct from the manufacturer and all are in perfect condition. Plus we ship them with care so they are still perfect when you receive them.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: During secure checkout on PosterRevolution.com you can use your credit card.
Q: How do I use a coupon?
A: Our everday savings are substantial but if you have a coupon for additional savings, you can enter it at the bottom of your shopping cart BEFORE you checkout. Please be advised that all coupons are subject to usage restrictions.
Q: How will my order be packed?
A: All posters are professionally packed and shipped in reinforced carboard packaging. Unframed posters are carefully enclosed in poly sleeves that repel moisture and dust and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Framed posters are professionally framed by our staff and then shipped in a cushioned cardboard box.
Poster Revolution believes in minimizing our impact on the environment so all customer orders will be consolidated into as few shipments as possible. This may add some additional handling times to shipments if your order contains pre-sale or lead-time sale items.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We stock thousands of posters in our warehouse and a soon as you pay for your order, we begin to prepare it for shipment. If an item is not ready for immediate shipment it will be indicated on the item detail page before you add it to your cart. Most orders ship the next business day so you can enjoy your new artwork quickly - usually in 3 to 10 days of purchase. Unframed items usually ship with the US Post Office. Framed items ship with UPS. Woodmounted items are custom mounted and take about 10 days to ship with UPS. Some orders may be split into multiple shipments in order to optimize the overall delivery of your order.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping starts at only $2.99 per order plus 99 cents per item for all domestic customers. So the more you buy, the more you save!
Need your order fast? Expedited shipping is an inexpensive optional uprgrade during checkout.
Please note that framed, woodmounted and other oversized items can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Poster Revolution subsidises the cost of intial shipment for framed, woodmounted and other oversized items via flat-rate shipping and in the unlikely event that these items need to be reshipped, customer is responsible for the cost of actual shipping which is usually more than the flat-rate amount.

We are pleased to offer economical international shipping to ALL our customers via US Post Office International First Class Mail:
Customers in Canada receive our low domestic shipping rates.
All other International Customers receive $4.80 flat-rate shipping, plus $2.75 per item.
Duties and taxes vary by country and may be due upon delivery of your order. Please note that framed, woodmounted and other oversized items cannot be shipped internationally at this time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your complete satisfaction is our goal which is why every poster is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All posters can be returned for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Posters damaged during shipping may be eligible for our "Easy Photo Return" program as defined in our Terms of Sale. If you decide to return a purchase, please contact us first so we can discuss your concerns. Please remember to track and insure your return shipments, since Poster Revolution is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
