Q: How do I join the Poster Revolution?
A: Well, there's a grueling initiation where you need to prove your loyalty to...just kidding! You can click on "Sign in or Create an account" link at the top of the page.
Q: Are the posters new?
A: Yes. All posters are brand new! We buy our posters direct from the manufacturer that are in perfect condition, or we print the image ourselves. Plus we ship them with care so they are still perfect when you receive them.
Q: How do I use a coupon?
A: Our everyday savings are substantial but if you have a coupon for additional savings, you can enter it during the checkout process. Please be advised that all coupons are subject to usage restrictions.
Q: How will my order be packed?
A: All posters are professionally packed and shipped in reinforced cardboard packaging. Unframed posters are carefully enclosed in poly sleeves that repel moisture and dust and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Framed posters are professionally framed by our staff and then shipped in a cushioned cardboard box.
Poster Revolution believes in minimizing our impact on the environment so all customer orders will be consolidated into as few shipments as possible. This may add some additional handling times to shipments if your order contains pre-sale or lead-time sale items.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We stock thousands of posters in our warehouse and when you pay for your order, we begin to prepare it for shipment. Most orders ship the next business day so you can enjoy your new artwork quickly - usually within 3 to 10 days of purchase. Some orders may be split into multiple shipments in order to optimize the overall delivery of your order.
Please note that framed, wood-mounted and other oversized items can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Poster Revolution subsidises the cost of intial shipment for framed, woodmounted and other oversized items via flat-rate shipping and in the unlikely event that these items need to be reshipped, customer is responsible for the cost of actual shipping which is usually more than the flat-rate amount.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your complete satisfaction is our goal which is why every poster is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All posters can be returned for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Posters damaged during shipping may be eligible for our "Easy Photo Return" program as defined in our Terms of Sale. If you decide to return a purchase, please contact us first so we can discuss your concerns. Please remember to track and insure your return shipments, since Poster Revolution is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: We do not offer wholesale pricing through Poster Revolution, but you can utilize AllPosters Business & Trade Program to receive bulk discounts. Fill out the form below to receive more information.
Q: I have existing orders that I can't see in my account.
A: If you placed an order prior to 10/31/2016, you may not see your order status in your account management area. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the status of your order.
