A low-life is a person who is considered sub-standard by their community. Examples of people who are usually called lowlifes are drug addicts, drug dealers, social rejects, pimps, slumlords and corrupt officials or authority figures. In this case the word has a double meaning because it features a lowrider. A lowrider is a car or truck which has had its suspension system modified so that it rides as low to the ground as possible.
