The Red-eyed Tree Frog is a tree frog native to the rainforests of Costa Rica and Central America. Its dorsal surface is green, and its ventral surface is white. The sides of the frog are purple or blue, with vertical white stripes and orange toes. They have bulging red eyes with slits, and resemble those of cats. Their top sense is their sight. They can even pull down their eyes through the roof of their mouth to help push down food.
