Pearl Jam is an American rock band, originating in Seattle, Washington. The line up includes, Eddie Veder, lead singer and guitarist, Jeff Ament, bass guitar, Stone Gossard, rhythm guitar, Mike McCready, lead guitar, and Matt Cameron on Drums. Pioneers of the grunge movement in the early 1990s Pearl Jam became noted for their refusal to adhere to the traditional norms of the music industry, refusing to make music videos and boycotting ticket agents.
